Friday and Saturday, July 15-16, 2016 - Copeland Park - La Crosse, WIsconsin.... boat races is sponsored by mayo clinic health system in la crosse laThe Franciscan Healthcare Center for Breast Care will host the Coulee Region’s only dragon boat festival on Friday and Saturday, July 15-16, 2016. Teams will race head to head on the Black River along Copeland Park.
 
 

Schedule of Events Friday, July 15
6:00pm: Opening Ceremony
6:30pm: Youth Races

Saturday, July 16
8:00am: Racing begins
12:30pm: Breast Cancer Survivor Ceremony
