Teresa Holmes - President Rotary Club of Madison
How Bravery Built Bridges

Teresa has been a member of the Rotary Club of Madison (Downtown) since 2016 and is Owner and Chief Solution Architect for Exponential Endeavors.   She holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Grambling State University and is a Certified Change Management Practioner.   Exponential Endeavors is a consulting firm which identifies innovative and efficient ways to execute Change Management as well as reducing the time it takes to implement technology processes or engagements.

She is a native of Milwaukee, WI and often refers to herself as a twice transplant to Madison, initially residing there from 1989-1993 then returning in 2007 until now.

Teresa’s road to the presidency was accelerated in February of this year after their Rotary Board asked her to move forward in succession after their club’s previous Vice-President resigned.  She was initially elected to serve as the club’s president in July of 2022.  A perfect time for change as the organization has a new leadership structure and has launched efforts to create more continuity within the organization while better positioning their service teams also known as “committees” to execute creative ideas for service throughout the Madison community.
