Talent Attraction Campaign

The La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce has launched the Talent Attraction Campaign, which encourages potential newcomers and employees to Thrive in the Heart of the Driftless Region. The Campaign is comprised of numerous elements. A new website highlights opportunities for adventure, working, and living in our area. It also includes a new brand and logo, as well as videos, photos, targeted digital ads, and informational sheets that all work to educate and encourage workers to move to the area and fill vacant jobs. The targeted marketing efforts will be significant over a 3-year period (2021 to 2023).

Neal Zygarlicke Bio

Neal Zygarlicke is the CEO at the La Crosse Area Chamber of Commerce, which represents and serves over 550 business members. He holds his MBA with an emphasis on servant leadership from Viterbo University. Prior to working at the Chamber, he worked with First Supply, LLC in La Crosse, as the group’s property executive and internal audit manager. Neal has a history of serving the community in a variety of ways. For four years he was the La Crescent High School Girls Basketball Coach and also served six years as a Viterbo Alumni Board Member. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity La Crosse and the Viterbo University Board of Advisors among many other volunteer organizations. Neal, his wife Whitney, and dog Sata Mae reside in the City of La Crosse.
