According to the CDC's guidelines, individuals in communities at a low level should stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines and get tested if you have symptoms, but do not need to wear a mask indoors in public. However, additional precautions may be needed for people at high risk for severe illness. People may choose to mask at any time. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or test positive, we ask that you follow the CDC guidelines for quarantining/isolating.

Great News! COVID conditions have improved significantly over the last month in our community and across the country. The CDC has updated their guidance on masking and other risk mitigation strategies. Under the new guidance from the CDC, face masks are now considered optional and universal masking is no longer recommended for areas experiencing low COVID risk.
The Board of Directors voted today to continue in-person meetings and to continue to offer a ZOOM option. However, since the risks posed by COVID have fallen significantly, we will not be offering a meal opt-out option for quarter four (April - June) as had been offered previously due to COVID concerns. Club members may request a Leave of Absence if needed, in accordance with our bylaws.

Message received from Pat Stephens on March 14th:
We received a call from John Corem's daughter Tina that John had passed away. I believe he was home in Sparta. John was a very special individual and a guy with a heart of gold. He was a major help with Rotary Lights for many years and had many hidden talents that he willingly shared with us. We were lucky to call him a friend and he will certainly be missed. Thought and prayers to Tina.
