County Health Department Update
The County Health Department is strongly recommending that anyone over the age of two (2) wear a mask in public, indoor spaces AND at indoor, private gatherings. This guidance also applies to those who have been vaccinated.  Hand sanitizer will be at each table for your convenience. Meals will be plated and served to you.
This Week at Rotary: Asian Carp Project with Mark Gaikowski
The US Geological Survey's Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center Director Mark Gaikowski will provide a presentation about the center's Invasive Carp research and a broader overview of its impact on the community and the Midwest.  Mark will share research that supports high-priority issues and challenges faced by the Department of the Interior, and other state and federal natural resource partners.

Last Week at Rotary:
Making a Time Capsule of Life During the Pandemic
Thank you to Cindy Ericksen, Sarah Arendt-Beyer and Eva Marie Restel for providing club members the opportunity to discuss their experiences of the pandemic. During the meeting, participants were asked to write about and share their experiences and reflections in a small group. The writings are being collected and will be submitted to our club's archive at the La Crosse Public Library, creating a record of what life was like during the pandemic, for Rotarians and community members to be able to read 50, 100, or 200 years from now.
