Our program this week will be Student Servant Leadership. We will welcome John Norlin, Speaker and Leadership Consultant who has committed his entire time as a student, and now his professional career, toward helping people and schools transform themselves into places that truly care about the well-being of others. John helps students and educators learn how to become servant leaders through intentional character development and training. His mission is to spread the word of the power of servant leadership while teaching others how to build influence in the lives of those around them.
People have recognized the amazing influence of John Norlin. Amongst his many awards and recognition he was the 2014 WASA Community Leadership Award recipient. He was the 2011 WACA High School Student Leadership Activities Adviser of the year. Benefits of sponsoring an ad on the Rotary Club of La Crosse Web Site:
Enhance your business' public relations and image.
Advertise an upcoming event.
Opportunity to sponsor and support the Rotary Club of La Crosse and your community.
Sharing with fellow Rotarians in our club and other local clubs who would like to know what you do.
Why advertise on the Rotary Club of La Crosse's web site?
The majority of visitors to our website are members and friends of our club. This makes our site's web sponsorship an ideal opportunity for small and large businesses to promote their products, services or an upcoming event in our community. Moreover 100% of the advertising revenue goes back to our club; this in turn supports the local community.
Click on the logos under Website Sponsors...located on right side of our home page...or the left side on our newsletter to view information on each sponsor...PeopleFirst HR Solutions, Outback, Rotary Works, Brain Game, Rotary Lights and Girls Scouts.

As we have seen, the devastation is great and is growing. The communities effected will need incredible resources to recover. Because of the widespread devastation already seen, the needs of those impacted will far exceed existing resources. Many have asked how we can Make a Difference. As you may or may not know, District 6250 has a Charitable Trust. This is a foundation that will allow you to make a tax deductible contribution that will be sent to the Rotary District(s) heading the relief efforts in Texas and effected areas. 100% of your contribution will go to those that truly need it.
Here’s how you can donate:
