Self Compassion as a Way of Life

Life is full of challenges.  When our friends or family face difficulties we easily respond to them with kindness and compassion. Yet we are often harsh and unkind toward ourselves when we face similar challenges.  Cindy will share ways we can use the research and practice of self compassion to be kinder and gentler with ourselves, and bring more happiness into our lives as a result.
